Computational Biology is focuses on the publication of case reports that deals with the current study in bioinformatics, computational biology and sub related disciplines. Case report is a description about the profile of the patient under the medical study and involves symptoms, diagnosis and line of treatment. Case reports are an important first-hand source of evidence in medicine and a tool most often used in practice to exchange information and generate a more expanded search for evidence. A good case report will be clear about the importance of the observation being reported. In addition to the “evidence of what happened”, single or multiple cases are an important basis for further and more advanced research on diagnosis, treatment effectiveness, causes and outcomes of disease. Case reports may be first to provide clues in identifying a new disease or adverse health effect from an exposure. Case reports must be authentic, understandable, educational and clinically interesting to an international audience of surgeons, trainees and researchers in all surgical subspecialties, as well as clinicians in related fields.
